Casa Graziella 39 is an elegant and bright independent villa near the sea immersed in a beautiful garden of cedars, oranges, lemons and palms. Large tables immersed in the garden and a professional grill allow for the possibility of beautiful dinners with family or friends.
The house, completely renovated, is spread over three levels, from the entrance on the ground floor you enter an immense triple open space living room with large kitchen which continues with a large equipped veranda immersed in a rich citrus grove.
A beautiful large staircase leads to the first floor where there are three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and immense terraces overlooking the greenery. On the second floor two more double bedrooms and a bathroom as well as further large terraces which offer breathtaking views.
